Day of arrival

Your reserved rooms will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. You may cancel your reservation in writing until 10:00 am on the day of arrival without charge. Otherwise, we will charge you 80 % of the agreed price for your room for the first night under Section 552 of the German Civil Code (BGB). PLEASE NOTE: If you, as a guest of our hotel, would like to eat in our restaurant, please reserve a table.

Late arrival

Unless late arrival has been expressly agreed, reserved rooms are to be occupied by 6:00 pm. The hotel is entitled to give reserved rooms to other guests after 6:00 pm, and the customer may not lodge an appeal. If you book with late arrival, we will need a credit card number.

Day of departure

Your rooms and reserved parking garage spaces will be at your disposal until 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Means of payment

As means of payment, we accept EC cash (debit card), cash and all well-known credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express and Visa)

Underground car park

Parking garage spaces will be at your disposal for a fee upon prior reservation.

Pets

Please consider that we do not accept to bring any kind pets as many of our guests suffer from allergies.
